The third week of July in Passignano sul Trasimeno is filled with special events for local celebrations and festivities. I walked down to town to see the "burning of the castle" one night, which included a lovely display of fireworks. La terza settimana di luglio a Passignano sul Trasimeno e' piena dei eventi per il loro palio delle barche. Sono andata nel centro una notte per vedere "l'incendio", che era un bellissimo spettacolo dei fuochi d'artificio.
